The Head of Consultancy &
Training is an aggressive individual with proven business acumen and a record
of managing a successful business unit or division for over 3 years.
The ideal candidate will have the
following competencies and qualifications: –
Competencies
The competencies required are as
follows:

Able to provide strategic leadership
that will steer the business unit / division to high revenues and profitability
·
Able to
conduct/manage/oversee/supervise consultancy assignments (strategic plans,
baseline surveys, feasibility studies, business plans, marketing plans etc.) to
their conclusive end
·
Able to
conduct/manage/oversee/supervise training assignments in relevant areas as per
the
company’s competencies

Able to develop and build a team of
competent individuals (as associates or full-time employees) to steer the
business/division into profitability and success
·
Must be an excellent communicator,
good networker with great interpersonal skills
Qualifications
The candidate must possess the
following qualifications: –

Should have at least a Master’s
degree in a relevant field
·
Professional qualifications in Human
Resource Management, Project Management, Strategic
·
Management etc. or demonstrated
ability in the same
·
A member of a professional body
·
At least 5 years of experience as a
Training Consultant.
Head of
Recruitment

The Head of Recruitment is a
Competent Head Hunter / Recruiter with proven HR knowledge and a demonstrated
record of managing a successful recruitment function.
The ideal candidate will have the
following competencies and qualifications: –

Able to quickly identify and spot
talent in an interview room / setup

Able to conduct/manage/oversee/supervise
psychometric test / candidate profiling using available or sourced for tools

Able to develop and build a team of
competent individuals to steer the business/division into profitability and
success
·
Must be an excellent communicator,
good networker with great interpersonal skills
Qualifications
The candidate must possess the
following qualifications: –

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage

Resource Management or demonstrated ability in the same

A member of a professional body
(IHRM)
·
At least 5years of experience as a
Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Outsourcing

The Head of Outsourcing is an
aggressive individual with sound strategic management and a good level of
commercial understanding.
The ideal candidate will have the
