Finished Goods Clerk
1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
·         Monitoring and evaluating developments of the warehouse systems
·         Defining warehouse operating criteria and control systems adhering to FIFO

·         Managing warehouse operations systems in stock control i.e not having expired stocks or market returns in the Finished Goods Store and clearing the goods with short expiry one month before they expire in the cage.
·         Circulate goods with short expiry dates on a weekly basis
·         Defining and implementing of security systems which will safeguard the stock within the warehouses by having the two doors leading to finished goods store always locked.
·         Maintaining a continuous count of all goods moving in the warehouse
·         Developing new methods of rearrangement of the warehouse to ensure optimal utilization of space and easy identification of good in stock
·         Ensure that finished products is transferred form production floor within 24 hour after production through use of an Internal Transfer document that is signed by the Production supervisor Production Clerk, Warehouse supervisor and Warehouse Clerk
Education and Experience
·         Diploma in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supplies / warehouse Management
·         3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Cost Accountant
Key Responsibilities
·         Coordinating monthly stock take
·         Countercheck the daily Inventory Reconciliation done by Stores and Production.
·         Daily check of valuation of the inventory highlighting any discrepancy of the products margins and causes for the variances to the finance manager.
·         Investigation of variances that may arise on inventory after stock counts and circulating the stock variance report by the second day of the stock count.
·         Preparation of monthly cost of production & cost of sales.
·         Costing of Products within 24 hours after receipt of all information required.
Education and Experience
·         University degree in Commerce or other relevant field-ACCA, ACA or CPA(K)
·         Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Dispatch Clerk
Key Responsibilities
·         To assign drivers to routes, monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues and investigate delivery issues
·         To build and maintain relationships with 3rd party logistic service providers.
·         To solve day-to-day problems by making decisions and escalating to Line Manager on how best to manage transporters in order to fulfill customer orders within the constraints of costs, and time.
·         To identify opportunities / problems in transportation area and perform regular analysis and reporting
·         To ensure all transport carriers comply with the company’s Food Safety requirements
·         Reporting on performance of outbound logistics KPI’s.
·         Regularly analyze delivery costs and recommend more cost effective methods of transportation.
·         Oversee the planned maintenance of the company-owned delivery trucks
Education and Experience
·         Diploma in logistics.
·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Technical Operator
Key responsibilities
·         Correct operation of processing equipment to manufacture products that meet the set targets of quality, quantity and cost.
·         Attends to all equipment breakdowns as they occur and ensures that equipment is back in operation in the shortest time possible for production to continue.
·         Documents all the work done and is responsible for keeping the mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failures (MTBF) within the set targets.
·         Ensures correct usage of spare parts and engineering consumables.
·         Carries out all scheduled preventative maintenance as per the documented schedule and documents all the work done as required.
·         Compiles accurate daily reports on all maintenance activities as per the equipment maintenance procedures.
·         Ensure 100% product quality through first time right
·         Ensure the machines are operated at 90% productivity.
·         Reduction of in process waste to minimum levels.
Education and Experience
·         Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
·         5 years minimum experience in the food manufacturing industry.
