Terms of Service:- Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Reporting to the the County Head of Co-operatives (or Sub-County
Administrator if posted to the Sub-County) the Chief Assistant Co-operative
Officer will normally be deployed at the County/Sub County as a subject matter
specialist or to perform specialised services relating to co-operative
development projects and programme.
·
He/she will assist the County Head of Co-operatives in providing
field officers with technical advice and in supervision of junior
officers working under him/her.
·
The Officer will also be responsible for evaluating co-operative
activities and trends for promoting the Co operative movement generally.
Requirements
·
Have a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Co-operative Management or part
II of Certified Public Secretary (CPS II) or Certified
Public Accountant (CPA II) from a recognized institution.
·
Have served in the grade of Senior Assistant Co-operative Officer
or a comparable position for at least three (3) years.
·
Have attended a Management Course or equivalent lasting not less
than four (4) weeks.
Housekeeping Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
·
Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms
·
Care and maintenance of furnishings, equipment and linen;
·
Reporting any defects in the guest rooms to the supervisor;
·
Ensuring that proper work procedures are followed when handling
·
guest laundry;
·
Filling in the occurrence book as required.
·
Ensuring proper storage of all equipment used.
Requirements
·
Have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade
‘C-‘ or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
·
Have Certificate in housekeeping and laundry or its equivalent
from a recognized institution.
Assistant Health Records & Information Management Officer

Responsibilities
·
Receiving and documenting patients at hospital reception;
·
Registering and booking appointment for patients to clinics and
consultants;
·
Storing and retrieving medical records and documents;
·
Preparing clinics; updating bed bureau; editing of patient case
records;
·
Gathering data from different sources; capturing data from service
points;
·
Maintaining record safety and confidentiality;
·
Storing and retrieving medical records;
·
Balancing daily bed returns;
·
Creating and maintaining master index; updating patient master
index;
·
Directing patients to relevant clinics; scheduling of patients to
the consultants and specialist clinics;
·
Assigning codes to diseases and surgical procedures according to
the International classification of Diseases and Procedures in Medicine;
Requirements
·
Have Diploma in Health Records and Information
Technology from a recognized institution
·
Have Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized
institution
Senior Principal Finance Officer
REF: SCPSB/05/08/2018 SENIOR PRINCIPAL FINANCE OFFICER – JG ‘‘P’’
Terms of Service: – 5 Year contract or Permanent and
Pensionable depending on age of candidate
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Reporting to the Director, Planning and Budgets, the Senior
Principal Finance Officer, will provide high-level technical support to the
financial/fiscal planning function of the Directorate.
Requirements
·
Have served in the grade of Principal Finance Officer /Principal
Budget Officer or a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for
at least three (3) years;
·
Have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA),
Economics, Finance, Commerce or in a financial related discipline from a
recognized university;
·
Have attended and successfully completed a strategic leadership
course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution or
equivalent; and
·
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya,
2010
Senior Clerical Officer

Terms of Service – Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Reporting to the Chief Clerical Officer, the Senior Clerical
Officer will supervise and provide guidance to officers working under him/her.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include
o verifying
compiled statistical records for accuracy;
·
processing of human resource statistics; preparation of indents;
·
processing of pension documents;
·
ensuring implementation of Advisory Committee resolutions.
Requirements
·
Have a KCSE certificate Mean Grade C or equivalent qualification
·
Have good writing skills
·
Be computer literate
·
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya,
2010
Ward Administrator
REF: SCPSB/04/08/2018/04 WARD ADMINISTRATOR J.G ‘N’
Terms of Service – Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Reporting to the Sub-County Administrator, the Ward Administrator
will coordinate the implementation of County Government policies and plans in
the Ward.
Requirements
·
Have a Bachelor’s degree in a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences
or business administration or management equivalent
qualification from a recognized university. A post-graduate qualification in
any related fields from a recognized institution would be an added advantage
·
Have at least 5 years working experience as a middle level manager
or administrator or supervisor
·
Have good communication, presentation, research and analytical
skills
·
Be computer literate
·
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya,
2010
Sub County Administrator

Terms of Service – 5 Year contract or Permanent and Pensionable
depending on age of candidate

Sub-County Administrator will coordinate the implementation of County
Government policies and plans in the Sub-County.
Requirements
·
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business
Administration or Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized
university.
·
Have at least 5 years working experience 3 of which must be as a
senior level manager or administrator
·
Master’s Degree in any of the above or related fields from a
recognized institution.
·
Certificate in Senior Management Course lasting not less than four
(4) weeks from a recognized institution;
·
Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting
not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution;
·
Have at least 5 years working experience 3 of which must be at a
