Purpose: Manage The Front Office
Reports To: HR & Admin Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and operate the
switchboard
·
Route calls to specific people
·
Answer to enquiries about the company
·
Direct visitors to the appropriate
person / office
·
Ensure the reception area is tidy
·
Coordinate mail flow in and out of
the office
·
Maintain petty cash
·
Order Office supplies and keep
inventory stock
Key Qualifications:
·
Must have at least 3 yrs in a busy
environment
·
Diploma in Front Office Mgt
·
Must be 35 yrs and above
·
Certificate in Customer service
Gross Salary: 35,000 Kes
