Division.
After-Sales Vacancies
Simba Corporation (Simba Corp.) is a

Under our Simba Motors division, we
are the local franchise holders for international brands such as Mitsubishi,
FUSO, BMW, Renault, SAME and Mahindra. Other subsidiaries under the Simba Corp.
umbrella include AVIS, Simba Leasing, Africa Fleet, and our Power Systems
division which manages sales and aftersales of AKSA.
Aftersales Manager, Commercial Vehicles
(CV)
Location: Nairobi
Reports to: GM, Aftersales
Job Purpose: Develop Simba Corp. CV Aftersales
business by providing the highest standards of customer service at our
workshops while meeting revenue and contribution targets in line with the
company’s business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
·
Lead, motivate and develop a highly
successful workshop team that achieves aftersa les business objectives.
·
Coordinate Aftersales activities with
the relevant Principals and Dealers, in close liaison with Brand Managers, GM
Aftersales and Head of Parts.
·
Oversee the scheduling of Technicians
both at the workshop and in the field, managing their activities and
utilization.
Required qualifications and experience:
·
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s
degree ¡n Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a bias in Motor
Vehicles.
·
Minimum of 15 years’ relevant working
experience, at least 5 of which should have been managing a busy Automotive
Service workshop.
Bodyshop Manager
Location: Nairobi
Reports to: GM, Aftersales
Job Purpose: To achieve agreed financial targets through the effective
management of the Simba Corp. Bodyshop (that carries out paint, fitting and
panel beating works) while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
·
Lead, motivate and develop a highly
successful bodyshop team that achieves the set business objectives.
·
Direct the work activities of
bodyshop employees, including their observance of deadlines and productivity
levels, and maintain quality standards.
·
Prepare and manage budgets for the
bodyshop in liaison with the affiliated business heads and work with them to
maximize performance and achieve set targets.
Required qualifications and
experience:
·
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s
degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a bias in Motor
Vehicles.
·
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working
experience in paint, fitting and panel beating works, at least 3 of which
should have been managing a busy Automotive Bodyshop.
Regional
Aftersales Representative – SAME
Location: Western Kenya (based in Kisumu)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager – SAME
Job
Purpose: Responsible for the sale of parts and
service of agricultural tractors and farm implements to achieve set targets in
Western region.
Key
responsibilities will include:
·
Achieve set parts and service budget
target.
·
Carry out repairs on tractors and
farm implements to ensure customer satisfaction.
·
Maintain good rapport with customers
and ensure prompt response to their requests and queries.
Required
qualifications and experience:
·
Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical or
Automotive Engineering.
·
Exposure to technical aspects of
agricultural tractors and farm implements.
·
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the
agricultural industry including experience in sales.
