Secretary & Administration Job in Kenya

We are a Mombasa town based company looking to fill a position.

We are looking for a DYNAMIC and ENTHUSIASTIC person for a secretarial and administration job.

Key skills we are looking for:
·         Email correspondence in a professional manner

·         Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
·         Preparation of documentation as required
·         Filing of documents
·         Must know how to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
·         Must understand file management on the computer such as cloud services, etc
·         Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
·         iTax returns, NHIF, NSSF returns knowledge will be an added advantage
·         Good teamwork
·         Able to handle pressure
·         Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
·         Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
·         Attention to detail and problem solving skills
·         Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by your supervisor

Salary Expectation: Kshs. 20,000 – 25,000/= (on probation basis for up to 3 months, may be negotiated after depending on the applicant skills)
