Resident Consultants –
General Surgeon, ENT Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Obstetrician / Gynecologist,
Physician
(Multiple Positions)
Based in any of our hospital units, the
consultants will be responsible for providing superior interventional and
preventative specialist care.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb), Masters qualification
in a relevant field, and with specialist recognition and licensing from KMPDB.
In addition, they must possess
experience working in a busy hospital environment, with active knowledge on
patient management.
Medical Services Manager
1 Position
Reporting to the Chief Quality and
Standards Officer, this position is responsible for providing leadership to
promote and restore patients’ health and to meet stakeholders requirements for
quality; through policy development, developing day-to-day management and
long-term planning for patient care; directing and developing staff;
collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs;
providing physical and psychological support for patients, families and
caregivers.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery with licensing from the KMPDB.
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management will be a definite advantage.
The position demands active knowledge
and experience in developing clinical plans, Business, Financial, People and
Stakeholder management; as well as Active application of Information Systems
and Health Care Management.
In addition, they must possess
experience working in a busy hospital environment, with active knowledge on
patient management.
Credit Operations Manager
1 Position
Reporting to the Chief Operations
Officer, this position will lead in credit risk assessment of patients and
adherence to set policies and processes on admission, billing and discharge; to
reduce incidences’ of bad debt, in line with the company’s strategic objectives
.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree with professional credit management qualification at diploma
level (CCM or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years’ credit operations
management experience in a fast paced and demanding hospital environment.
Hospital Manager Trainees
Multiple Positions
In readiness for opening of new
branches, we are recruiting for the above positions.
The successful candidates will
undergo intensive and deliberate training for 6 months prior to deployment.
Ultimately the successful candidates
will be responsible for providing leadership and driving business in line with
the organization’s business objectives.
Additionally, this position will
ensure day to day operations and quality service delivery at a hospital branch.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years’ progressive work
experience in a supervisory role. Masters qualification will be an added
advantage.
The position demands some
understanding and appreciation of Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder
management; as well as active application of Information Systems and Health
Care Management. In addition, the successful candidate must have experience
working in a healthcare facility.
Medical Officer – Critical Care
(Multiple Positions)
Based in any of our Hospital Units
and reporting to the Clinical Services in Charge, this position will be
responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative medical care
in the critical care unit.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb), valid certification in
BLS, ATLS, ACLS and proof of registration and annual licenses’ from KMPDB.
In addition they must have a minimum
2 years continuously working in a busy hospital environment, with active
knowledge on management of critically ill patients.
Section In Charge – Theatre
Based in our Hurlingham Unit and
reporting to the Nursing Officer in Charge, with matrix reporting to the
Nursing Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing
and coordinating the team within the Theatre, as well as implementing all peri
-operative activities consistent with high quality delivery.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a Diploma in KRCHN or equivalent with a Higher
National diploma in Peri- Operative Nursing, and valid certification in BLS,
ACLS or ATLS.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in Quality Improvement, People Management and Customer
Service.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 6 years cumulative work experience in a busy hospital environment
with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position leading a team of nursing
staff.
Medical Records In Charge
(1 Position)
Based in our Kitengela Unit and
reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning,
organizing and execution of medical records activities in line with business
objectives.
The job holder will also ensure
security and confidentiality of medical records and analysis of data captured
to inform management decisions.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology. The position requires
active knowledge and experience in people management and customer service.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 3 years cumulative experience, with 1 year in a similar supervisory
position in a busy hospital setting
Senior Nurses –Critical Care / Theatre
and Renal Units
(Multiple Positions)
Reporting to the Section in Charge,
this position is responsible for provision of high quality primary nursing care
within Critical Care/ Theatre or Renal Unit.
Applicants must be in possession of a
nursing qualification at Diploma level, with valid certification in BLS, ACLS
or ATLS plus a minimum of 4 years post-graduation working experience in a
Critical Care Unit / Theatre / Dialysis centre within a busy hospital setting.
Possession of specialized
qualification in Critical Care / Peri-operative Care / Nephrology will be a
distinct advantage.
Internal Auditor – Finance and Operations
(1 Position)
Reporting to the Internal Audit
Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance to Company
policies, processes and procedures within international standards and legislation
and ensuring that all identified risks are adequately mitigated.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree, with professional qualification at diploma level (CPA
finalist or its equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Professional Qualification as a Certified Internal Auditor (C.I.A.) will be a
distinct advantage.
Tutor – School of Social Work –
Fixed Term Position
(1 Position)
Reporting to the Head of
Department-School of Social Work, this position will be responsible for
delivering quality instruction to students undertaking social work studies, in
line with the curriculum requirements.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with more than 2 years post graduation work
experience of which 1 year must be in delivering instruction to social work
trainees.
In addition, the applicants must have
working knowledge on KNEC requirements for the course and be able to commit
consistent hours per week to deliver training. Possession of Pedagogy training
will be a distinct advantage.
Business Development Analyst
1 Position

Based in our Corporate Office and
reporting to the Chief Officer- Business Development and Marketing, this
position is responsible for supporting development of business growth
strategies, plans and projects resulting in sustained volumes and improved
service levels.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Degree in a business related field with demonstrated experience in research and
analysis with a clear drive to improve customer service standards.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in Customer Service and driving business growth; in
addition to excellent analytical skills with active use of SPSS The successful
candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position. Working
experience market research will be a distinct advantage.
Customer Relations Officer

Based at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital
College and reporting to the College Principal, with matrix reporting to the
Chief Officer- Business Development & Marketing, this position is
responsible for growing student enrollment for the College, through executing
business development activities.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Communications/ Public Relations/Marketing or a business related
course. In addition they must have 3 years working experience interacting
directly with clients, managing relationships and growing business volumes in a
tertiary learning institution.
Information Systems Client Support
Officer
(1 Position)
Based in our Kitengela Unit and
reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for provision
of technical support to users, ensuring network availability and carrying out
maintenance of computers as required.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Computer Science, A+ and N+ certification. CISCO or MCITP
certification will be an added advantage. The position requires active
knowledge and experience in computer maintenance and good communication skills.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 2 years cumulative experience in a busy environment.
