The Role: To build business by identifying and selling prospects and
maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

To greet customers as they walk in
the shop outlets and offer assistance in selecting apparel and accessories
·
Identify business opportunities by
identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
researching and analyzing sales options.
·
Sell products by establishing contact
and developing relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to their
needs.
·
Maintain relationships with clients
by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new
opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements to whole sale clients.
·
Identify product improvements or new products
by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
·
Prepare reports by collecting,
analyzing, and summarizing information.
·
Maintain quality service by
establishing and enforcing organization standards.
·
Maintain professional and technical
knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading information relevant
to the industry and products
·
Establish personal networks,
benchmark state-of-the-art practices and participate in professional societies
to keep abreast with industry trends
·
Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results as needed
·
Promote sales through positive
customer service efforts.
·
Help the store in loss prevention by
ensuring that clients are attended to immediately and their needs met with
professionalism
·
Keep the store organized and clean by
straightening merchandise and monitoring fitting rooms.
·
Assist customers to make payments
through cash, Mpesa and credit cards.
·
Perform any other duties as required
by the supervisor
