Representative.
The individual should aggressively
grows sales and promote different products and acts as a business
representative for all distribution channels.
Objective: Highly motivated and energetic individuals who will be
responsible for acquisition of new business, market activation within the
assigned and other duties as may be assigned by the management team.
Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door direct selling
·
Responsible for contacting regular
and prospective customers to sell products
·
Delivery of sets sales targets
·
Seek customer feedback on products
and services
·
Provide excellent customer service
·
Responsible, reliable, has leadership
skills and business acumen to spot opportunities readily
·
Participate in product campaigns to
ensure product information is readily available to customers.

Participate in organization’s growth
expansion initiatives

Recommend products to customers,
based on customers’ needs and interests

Consult with clients after sales or
contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Required Experience:
·
A university
degree/diploma/certificate from are recognized institution
·
(1-2) years’ experience indirect
sales
·
Age 26 years and below
·
Experience in sales or client
relationship management will be an added advantage

Position: Field Debt Collection Agent
About Malaika

As a results of growth in customer
numbers and expansion in geographical coverage we have an open position for a
Field debt collect or to serve the company in recovery of the debt owed to the
company.
We are looking for eligible people to
work as debt recovery field agents.
Field Debt
Collection Job Responsibilities
·
Negotiating lump-sum payment or other
payment plan with the debtor for settlement of the arrears
·
Conduct proper follow-ups on all
arrears and update records
·
Ensure allocated accounts are
monitored on a daily basis and appropriate actions taken to ensure that the
collection portfolio remains within accepted limits through the application of
sound credit judgment within policy guidelines.
·
Gathering all information necessary
to start building positive relationships with debtors upon first contact
·
Using Excel, analyze debt collection
and loan repayment trends
·
Investigate and resolve any customer
queries and complaints through written correspondence with the client.
·
Perform field visits and submit
weekly reports/action plans to recover debt. Work closely with the Collection’s
department on their portfolio management
·
Ranking accounts to help prioritize
and determine an effective and appropriate contact strategy
·
Identifying the essential elements of
effective credit policies and use them to evaluate the policies in place at the
organization
·
Skip Tracing to locate debtors
·
A tend to any other duties as
assigned by management.
Qualifications
for the Debt Collection
·
Experience in debt collection
·
Experience in a microfinance, bank or
any financial institution

A good level of general
education-Diploma or degree

Position: Tele Debt Collectors Agent
About Malaika
Africa:Malaika Africa is a microfinance that
is involved in peer to peer lending based in Nairobi. As a results of growth in
customer numbers and expansion in geographical coverage.
We are looking for a detail-oriented
and dynamic Tele Debt Collectors with experience working in a rapidly growing,
hands-on, dynamic environment.
This position requires excellent
communication skills, an ability to think critically and creatively, attention
to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
Objective: A hardworking and competent individual looking for a
position as a Tele Debt Collector who possess effective recovery solutions with
a high-level of professionalism and the ability to work in a fast paced
environment.
Responsibilities:

Ensure all work queues are acted
upon.
·
Call up clients to provide them
information regarding outstanding arrears
·
Ensure all PTP information is
captured accurately and tracked.
·
Negotiating settlements of the
arrears from defaulters.
·
Monitor payments to ensure that each
defaulter account holder is held to his or her promise of repayment.
·
Conduct thorough research on old debt
recovery cases and determine which one scan be followed up.
·
Ensure allocated accounts (dues) are

Achieve the daily/monthly collection
targets(ensure minimum collection rate is delivered
