Job Title: Operations Manager – BTL Agency

Gross Salary: 150k – 200k

They seek to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to execute the marketing campaigns flawlessly.
Reporting to the Operations Director the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supplier management, execution and managing the project teams.
Responsibilities
·         Overseeing multiple events while ensuring quality in service delivery.
·         Proper delegation and management of duties to the team.
·         Overall management of subcontracted suppliers.
·         Ensure day to day activities within operations are well coordinated.
·         To implement strategic initiatives in project execution.
·         Continuously develop strategies for plans and objectives to ensure excellent and timely delivery of service.
·         Manage budgets, profit margins and general expenditures within department.
·         Ensure thorough reconciliation and closure of projects within the stipulated timelines.
·         Implementation of operations policies and processes to ensure systematic and smooth departmental workflow.
·         Pitching and defending marketing ideas, budgets, execution plans and ROI’s to clients.
·         Research, suggest and initiate winning execution ideas to maintain customer loyalty and win over new ones.
Requirements and Experience
·         Degree in Sales and Marketing/ Project Management or business related studies from a recognized institution.
·         Masters qualification / Professional certificate will be an added advantage.
·         Work Experience: At least 5-8 years’ experience projects execution in a marketing agency.
·         Passionate in customer management, service delivery and the general marketing industry.
·         Excellent project management, communication and leadership skills.
·         Good presentation and boardroom skills.
·         Ability to work within strict deadlines.
·         Be a team player.
·         Be willing to work beyond normal working hours.

They seek to recruit an experienced Account Manager to handle the key accounts and develop winning proposals.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing the successful candidate will be responsible for will be responsible for revenue generation, business development and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
·         Develop, pitch and defend marketing ideas and proposals to clients.
·         Research and develop winning propositions to secure new and existing business
·         Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship

·         Actively identify opportunities by introducing company products, thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer’s business portfolio
·         Work with client’s management teams to understand particular business strategies and build on those strategies to generate more revenue
·         Communicate customer requirements and/or schedules to the projects staff in a timely and executable manner for promoting optimum cost efficiency
·         Be actively involved in project management of new and existing projects systems’ requirements
·         Identify and develop new technical sales enquiries and convert them into profitable new business and assist with other technical sales and marketing activities
Qualifications
·         Degree in Sales and Marketing/ Project Management or business related studies from a recognized institution.
·         At least 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing agency.
·         Ability to make powerful and winning presentations to corporate clients
·         Passionate in customer management, service delivery and the general marketing industry.
