position of:
Customer Relations Executive
The Customer Relations Executive will
ensure that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers
by dealing with customers’ inquiries and complaints.
The incumbent will also ensure
customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities:

Handling phone, internet and face to
face interactions with customers
·
Empathizing with and developing good
trust worthy relationship with incoming customers
·
Establishing and monitoring standards
for customer service in the company, measure performance and identifying areas
for improvement
·
Ensuring high standards of service at
all times and identifying tasks that are critical to maintaining customer
satisfaction levels
·
Analyzing records of customer
inquiries, service requests and complaints to identify trends
·
Acting as a liaison between external
customers and internal departments for their organization
Skills and Competencies
·
Degree/Diploma in Office Management or
any related field
·
At least 3 years working experience
in the same field preferably health sector set up
·
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
·
Fluent in Swahili and English (oral
and written)
·
Excellent customer care skills
·
Ability to work under pressure
·
Strong communication, organization
and analytical skills
