Job Title: Retention Manager
 
Position Summary: You will report to the Head of Sales and Distribution. 

The Retention Manager is responsible for leading the team and developing and implementing strategies that will enhance customer loyalty, retention and revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Lead the creation of different customer experience feedback tools. Define, plan and execute customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results and implement improvement plans,
·                     Research, analyze and monitor customer segments to uncover and capitalize on retention, win-back, up selling etc  i.e. identification and sizing of target segments, understand segments requirements  so as to align product offerings for service uptake,
·                     Design the specific campaigns in collaboration with marketing. Implement and measure results taking corrective action,
·                     Through customer base analysis, monitor product life cycle, propose refinement in pricing and product and determine possible support models base on customer segmentation and customer value,
·                     Proactively monitor customer behavior in order to identify and address at-risk customers before they defect
·                     Manage effective and cost effective win-back campaigns in consultation with management,
·                     To conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive framework for customer usage & retention across all customer segments with the objective of achieving revenue contribution i.e. volume and value,
·                     Deploy various initiatives including but not limited to, new services, customized programs, Promotions / offers and campaigns to influence segment behaviour. Build diagnostic, descriptive and predictive models, create proactive and reactive loyalty and retention strategies and programs,
·                     Customer value management to minimize high value loss,
·                     Decrease the contribution of inactive users / reducing churn across segments.
·                     Maintain insights, trackers and related dashboards for signifying movement of the segment of customers across various parameters like ARPU, usage, MOUs, retention, churn etc, and impact of various initiatives done specifically for subscribers,
·                     Alignment of customer retention strategies to the business strategy,
·                     Keeping track of competitor activity,
·                     Carry out collaboration opportunities with other lines of businesses to drive customer usage so as to leverage scale & product range.
·                     Manage the performance of your team by defining KPIs, objectives, assigning tasks and agreeing on measurement criteria in conjunction with the HR
Qualifications and Experience
·                     Degree in Marketing/commerce or an equivalent
·                     5+ years experience preferably in the Telecommunication Industry
·                     Proven track recording in revenue growth and reducing churn
·                     Competitor knowledge
·                     Experience in making data driven decisions that continually optimize and drive business growth.
·                     Ability to operate in a performance driven organization.
·                     Strong financial/analytical and problem-solving skills
·                     Understanding of local market and cultural diversity
·                     Must be IT savvy


Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Position Summary: 
The Territory Sales Executive will  report to the Head of Sales & Distribution. 

The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering the overall revenue and customer growth targets within their specific defined geographical territory.



Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Execute all sales activities within your specific defined geographical region.
·                     Continually identify and uncover new opportunities to boost our sales of Home Internet services.
·                     Revenue: Cary out customer MTU and STU visits to recruit new tenants to our Home services and ensure that every customer continually pays for and continues to use the service.
·                     Reporting: Provide ongoing feedback on all your sales activities into the Head of Sales and Distribution, covering tenants interested, signed up, paid and delinquent.
·                     Continually feedback on any network issues, or non-compliance by customers on our Home Internet etc.
·                     Continually gather competitor feedback / updates / status and feed back immediately into the business.
·                     Work towards and implement Sales best practices at all times.
·                     Training: Educate all potential customers on all our internet products and services.
·                     Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
·                     Diploma Or degree in Sales and Marketing  or any other related field
·                     At least 3 years Sales experience preferably in the Telecommunications Industry
·                     Positive attitude able to work to deadlines and targets, displaying a proven track record in a sales environment.
·                     Be a team player
·                     Have excellent customer focus and service skills, with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
·                     Be IT Savvy

Job Title: Survey Officer
 
Position Summary: You will be reporting to the Deployment Manager and you will be responsible for determining whether a new single tenant unit or a multi-tenant unit is fit for installation.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Determination of whether there is a clear line of sight from a prospective customer premises to any of the distribution points
·                     Determination of the best location for the last mile equipment on the customer premises
·                     Determination of the shortest safe and neat routing for cabling at a customer premises
·                     Preparation of a survey report, including recommendation on whether a building is fit for install or not
Qualification and Experience
·                     Know-how of typical telecoms infrastructures (towers and rooftops).  Modus operandi (access to sites, work at a live mobile site, H&S requirements of working on third party site.
·                     You will possess a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience in the telecommunications or internet industry. 
·                     You must demonstrate hands on experience in telecoms deployment: Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Fibre, Microwave and/or Mobile sites installations
·                     You must be able to demonstrate successful understanding of sizeable deployment of wireless networks
·                     You must be able to work at heights
·                     Have excellent customer focus & service skills, with a strong ability to clearly articulate customer needs
·                     Be able to work with minimal supervision and guidance and delivering them through to a successful conclusion
·                     Have knowledge of Health & Safety.
·                     Demonstrate ability to interact with customers at their premises
·                     Ability to work in a team group
·                     You must be available for travel if needed. 
·                     Proactive determination of when a new distribution point is justified


Job Title: Quality Control Officer
 
Position Summary
 
You will be reporting to the Deployment Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring that best practices are followed in the implementation of engineering solutions by both in-house engineering teams and implementation partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Ensuring high quality materials are used in all deployments
·                     Ensuring that safety procedures are followed in all deployments
·                     Ensuring that cabling is neatly done inside customer premises
·                     Ensuring that all CPE is installed in safe and convenient locations within the customer premises
·                     Ensuring that core network equipment is properly installed and secured at own or third-party towers
·                     Define and manage “quality” for the company
·                     Together with the Network Deployment Manager develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual
Qualification and Experience
·                     Know-how of typical telecoms infrastructures (towers and rooftops).  Modus operandi (access to sites, work at a live mobile site, H&S requirements of working on third party site.
·                     You will possess a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience in the telecommunications or internet industry. 
·                     You must demonstrate hands on experience in telecoms deployment: Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Fibre, Microwave and/or Mobile sites installations
·                     You must be able to demonstrate successful experience in a similar position
·                     You must be able to teach members the skills that you mastered
·                     You must be able to work at heights
