Resident Consultant – Obstetrician / Gynaecologist 
Adams Unit
 
This position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative specialist care. 

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb), Masters qualification in obstetrics, and with specialist recognition and licensing from KMPDB. 

In addition they must possess a minimum 2 years post recognition experience working in a busy hospital environment, with active knowledge on patient management.
 
Hospital Manager
1 Position
Nakuru Unit
 
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for providing leadership and driving business growth in line with the Hospital business objectives. 

Additionally, this position will ensure day to day operations of the unit, and quality healthcare service delivery.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years’ progressive work experience. Masters qualification will be an added advantage. 

The position demands active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as active application of Information Systems and Health Care Management.

 In addition, the successful candidate must have experience managing a busy healthcare facility.
 
Supervisory Positions 
Multiple Positions 
Nakuru Unit
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, with a dotted line reporting relationship to their respective technical services managers (Nursing, Pharmacy, Imaging Laboratory, Medical Services, HR and Finance); these positions are responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating work within their departments.
 
In addition, they have the responsibility for ensuring consistency and achievement of high clinical standards, while upholding the highest professional standards and ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of revenue targets through effective management of people. 

Qualified applicants should have a minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position, in a busy hospital environment.
 
Supervisory Positions and Minimum Qualifications
·                     Nursing Services in ChargeDiploma in Nursing (Preferably KRCHN), Certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS and valid licensing with Nursing Council of Kenya.
·                     Pharmacy Services in ChargeDiploma in Pharmacy with valid licensing with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
·                     Laboratory Services in Charge: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with valid licensing for KMLTTB.
·                     Clinical Services in ChargeDiploma in Clinical Medicine Certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS and valid licensing with Clinical Officers Council.
·                     Imaging Services in Charge: Diploma in Medical Imaging Services with licensing from the Radiation Board of Kenya. Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound will be an added advantage.
·                     Hotel Services SupervisorDiploma in Hotel Management.
·                     HR OfficerBachelor’s Degree with professional qualification at Diploma level with valid professional membership with IHRM.
·                     Assistant AccountantDiploma in business related field with professional qualification at CPA level or its equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in a business related course will be an added advantage
Section In Charge – (Maternity, Medical / Surgical, HDU, Theatre, Night –Duty, Clinics and Casualty)
 
Nakuru Unit
 
Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, these positions are responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating, the activities in the sections (ward) to ensure high standard of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Nursing and must have a valid license from the NCK. 

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service. 

The successful candidate must have experience working busy hospital environment with experience in a similar position leading a team.

Credit Officer - (Work In Progress)
2 Positions 
Nakuru Unit
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, with matrix technical reporting to the Credit Controller, this position will be responsible for ensuring ongoing engagement with clients within the hospital and delivering accurate and timely bills and invoices as well as ensuring regular/up to date patient payments in line within defined company policy and guidelines.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Professional qualification in credit management with at least 2 years experience in a similar position. 

A bachelor’s degree in a business related course will be an added advantage.

In addition this position requires active knowledge and experience in building relationships and excellent negotiation skills. 

Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be a definite advantage

Credit Officer - (Collections) 
Fixed Term Contract
 

Reporting to the Credit Controller, this position will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt and accurate reconciliation of remittances made
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Professional qualification in credit management with at least 2 years experience in a similar position. 

A bachelor’s degree in a business related course will be an added advantage.

In addition this position requires active knowledge and experience in building relationships and excellent negotiation skills. 

Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be a definite advantage.
 
Claims Officer - Quality Assurance
 (1 Position)
 
Based at the Corporate Office and reporting to the Credit Controller, this position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of invoices as per the Company policy
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine or Nursing, with 1 to 3 years work experience in a similar position. 

A degree in any health care area or a higher national diploma in a specialized area and clinical experience in a hospital setting will be an added advantage. 

The position requires active knowledge in health care practise and attention to detail.
 
Head Cook 
1 Position
 
Based in Nakuru and reporting to the Hotel Services Supervisor, this position will be responsible for planning and overseeing production of quality, timely and cost effective meals as per the set standards.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in food and beverage or catering, with active knowledge of large scale food production, costing and inventory management.
