Job Description:Mechanical technicians help design, control, operate and troubleshoot specialized processes; they optimize a specialized process and keep it on track, even if problems arise.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Able to start up a process, shut down a process, diagnose problems, order maintenance and restore repaired equipment to working order.
·                     Optimizing a process to ensure it is efficient and effective.
·                     Comply with safety health and environmental rules, as dictated by the regulatory agencies that cover the industry in which they work.
·                     Understand the equipment on a level that allows them to diagnose and fix problems that are unpredictable, such as a disastrous worker mistake or equipment malfunction.
Requirements

Job Description: A Bottling mechanical Technician must be knowledgeable of bottling line equipment operations, safety, and repair.

They should have basic understanding of electrical / mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Also must be committed to reaching all production requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Understand and comply with HACCP and GMP requirements and processes
·                     Able to understand all bottling line machinery and controls
·                     Must have basic mechanical / electrical troubleshooting skills
·                     Knowledge of basic industrial electricity, 110v, 220v, and 480v three phase
·                     Communicate to Supervisors, Line Workers, Cellar, Quality Assurance (QA), SENIOR Management, and Co-workers
·                     Trouble-shoot and repair equipment safely
·                     Read and understand equipment manuals and drawings
·                     Report all parts used and needed for reordering to Storeroom Attendant
·                     Work effectively and remain calm in all situations
·                     Perform necessary change-over of the bottling line machinery and equipment in a timely manner
·                     Troubleshoot bottling line and make necessary repairs to keep it running as required
·                     Replace or repair machinery and equipment needed to keep the bottling line running efficiently
·                     Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility to keep them in top working condition
Job Requirements:
·                     Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer
·                     At least 5 experience with heavy machines
·                     Previous experience in the Dairy Industry or production

Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Inspects tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional or nuclear power electric generating plant: Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
·                     Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters or detectors, and other recording.
·                     Traces out and tests electronic solid state and vacuum tube circuitry and components to locate defective parts in analog and digital, protection, or radiation monitoring systems, using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
·                     Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts.
·                     Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using hand tools.
·                     Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
·                     Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
·                     Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
Requirements
·                     Must have diploma in Instrumentation & electronics from technical training institute
·                     Minimum 5 Years hands on experience in Instrumentation maintenance and Trouble shooting.
