Responsibilities:

requirements by working with customers.

inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing
information.

Resolves
problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and
alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Fulfills
requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding
requests.
