Job Vacancy: Customer Care Assistant
 
We are a leading Sacco with an indisputable record of performance and with a rapidly growing countrywide membership comprising mainly of professionals.
 
The Sacco is seeking to recruit a suitable self-driven, result oriented and highly qualified individual.
 
The Customer Care Assistant will be reporting to the Customer Care Officer and will be responsible for:-
·                     Register new members for the Society;
·                     Open accounts for new members;
·                     Acknowledging cheques and deposit slips and receipting,
·                     Responding to customers’ questions and complaints;
·                     Assisting customers in filling Society forms;
·                     Ensuring the reception is neat;
·                     Promoting, Marketing and selling of the Society products and services;
·                     Picking and responding to calls or transferring calls to the respective department;
·                     Updating members’ information in the system;
·                     Registering members for mobile banking services; and
·                     Any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Academic and professional Qualifications required
 
Appointment to the position will be made from persons who:
·                     Minimum K.C.S.E, C Plain,
·                     A Diploma in business related field, a Degree from a recognised university will be an added advantage;
or
·                     Has satisfactorily served in the grade of sales executive / Direct sales officer or comparable position with similar responsibilities in the Society or in like organisations for a minimum of one (2) years
·                     2 years relevant experience.
·                     Qualification in Public Relations  is an added advantage,

·                     Good knowledge of the market and the Society’s products and services
·                     Self-confidence and Motivated
·                     Excellent communication skills- strong written & oral skills
·                     Ability to take right decisions quickly
·                     Good people, interpersonal and networking skills
·                     Business driver and Customer driven
·                     Understands the demands, needs, satisfaction etc. of customers
·                     Proficient in Microsoft office suite
