Admin Vacancy in Kenya – Hygiene

Our client in a dairy industry is seeking to hire a hygiene / Adminto join their dedicated team

Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

·                     Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
·                     Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
·                     Maintain cleanliness in the office
·                     Manage calendar for Managing Director
·                     Assist in resolving any administrative problems
·                     Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
·                     Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
·                     Maintain office supplies for department
Qualifications
·                     Degree in Business Administration
·                     At least 5 years’ experience in the relevant field
·                     Having worked in a Dairy/Bottling/FMCG is an added advantage
