Responsibilities

·         Collect mail regularly, sort and distribute as appropriate
·         Provide reception services including receiving visitors, responding to inquiries, taking messages and maintaining working area

·         Undertake general administrative duties like photocopying, data input, filing and retrieval
·         Provide returns and reports
·         Maintain familiarity with current computer system operations and input relevant patient data

Requirements

·         KCSE Certificate or equivalent

·         Have a proficiency certificate in computer applications
·         Two year experience in a health services setting
How to Apply

Clearance documents for purposes of complying with the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 should be attached.
