Customer Relations Officer
Develop and maintain good
relationships with existing & potential clients through continuous contact
visits and communication as well as follow up on any challenges that may occur
from time to time. This role also includes following up all the administration
and paperwork related as well as ensuring that the right product/service
knowledge is relayed to both existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities;

Analyze statistics or other data to
determine the level of customer service
·
Carry out customer survey programs
evaluating the company & its products.
·
Carry out customer appreciation
programs.
Provide help and advice to customers by using Company’s solutions and services.
Provide help and advice to customers by using Company’s solutions and services.

Keep accurate records of discussions
and correspondences with customers.
·
Analyze records to ensure prompt
payments whenever they fall due.
·
Ensure clients enjoy the benefits of
renewing their enhancement plans.
·
Identify lapsed customers and follow
up on customers unwilling to renew the enhancement plan.
·
Maintain support contract information
and facilitate renewal in liaison with HelpDesk & Support. This should be
done in coordination with the concerned Business Executive.
·
Protect organization’s value by
keeping information confidential.
·
Develop feedback or complaints
procedures and systems for customer use as well as improve customer service
procedures, policies and standards.
·
Manage customer enquiries generated
from company official e-mail address, website and other communication channels.
·
Update job knowledge by participating
in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining
personal networks and participate in professional bodies and organizations.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication,
Public Relations, and Marketing.
·
3 years’ experience in customer
service/relations
·
Professional training in Sales &
Customer Service
·
Good knowledge of ICT
·
Proven record on retaining clients as
well as growth in client base.
·
Excellent oral and written
communication proficiency
