Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities
·
Maintains accounting records by
making copies; filing documents.
·
Verifies financial reports.
·
Protects organization’s value by
keeping information confidential.
·
Prepare invoices for customers, Post
cheques in the system.
·
Reconcile accounting data, report
discrepancies and problems.
·
Make payments to the suppliers in the
system.
·
Enter details of new suppliers in the
system.
·
Filling invoices of Customers,
suppliers and order parts.
·
Handle petty cash, post it to the
system.
·
Perform accounting and clerical
functions to support supervisors.
·
Match invoices to parts orders.
·
Reviews, balances, and interprets
computer reports, and makes corrections.
·
Perform any other related duties as
assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
·
3-5 years’ experience
·
Accounting academic qualifications.
