Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day cleaning
responsibilities of housekeeping team

Maintain relationships with all
employees in the department

Handle personnel issues within their
department
·
Deal with the restaurant suppliers:
linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies
·
Administrative tasks like controlling
budgets supply costs, laundry, maintenance and wages
·
Organising staff schedules
·
Reporting on overseeing stock-takes,
budgets and other paperwork.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business
related course

At least 5 years of experience
serving in the same capacity

Should be between 35-35 years

Waiter

seeking to hire Waiters.
Requirements
·
Able to take orders and relay to
kitchen and bar staff
·
Hands-on experience in setting tables
and placing decorations
·
Familiar with different kinds of food
and beverages
·
Able to communicate with kitchen
staff, provide orders to customers, collect cash, and maintain proper
accountability for orders and fund
·
Familiar with point of sale system
and cash registers
·
Effective team-player with high
attention to detail
·
Able to stand for long periods and
lift heavy trays
·
Exceptionally professional demeanour
and very respectful attitude
·
Excellent skills in maintaining

Our client, Trattoria Restaurant
seeks to hire a Restaurant Supervisor.
Responsibilities
·
Schedule all activities for
restaurant staff according to guidelines and ensure proper uniform of staff at
all times
·
Maintain all restaurant equipment and
records and ensure compliance to all standards.
·
Assist in recruitment process and
training of staff
·
Supervise all kitchen and dining room
activities and ensure optimal quality of all production processes.
·
Ensure high level of customer
satisfaction
·
Collaborate with manager to review
all employees’ performance
·
Manage all storage supplies and
assign staff in all requisition activities and evaluate all daily specials.
·
Oversee all work in shift and restock
all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipment
and recommend required repairs.
