Export Sales Manager
Reporting to the General
Manager, Sales & Distribution, the successful candidate will be responsible
for the following functions:
- Exploit Isuzu
EA potential in the export markets through monitoring economic and market
trends and developing initiatives to take advantage of emerging
opportunities.
- Develop, in
conjunction with the Dealer, Annual Dealer Business Plans to achieve Sales
and Parts objectives for the year.
- Develop a
Dealer monthly Sales plan supporting the achievement of Vehicle Sales and
Parts targets.
- Track Dealer
Vehicle & Parts sales performance and ensure that the Dealer has the
required sales plans to achieve set targets.
- Provide
assistance to Dealer Principals with regard to individual Dealership
operations.
- Ensure there is
sufficient inventory and model mix by Dealer to support achievement of the
Sales targets.
- Provide
assistance to Dealer Principals with regard to individual Dealership

between Isuzu EA and Export markets.
- Leverage all
Isuzu EA’s resources to improve Dealer Financial performance, Sales and
Parts performance and enhance Dealer Customer Service.

Facilities, EHS & Maintenance
Manager
Reporting to the General
Manager - Manufacturing, Maintenance & Facilities, the successful candidate
will be responsible for the following functions:
- Develop annual
business plan objectives for the section and deploy them appropriately.
- Develop Capital
Expenditure Budgets and appropriation (AR) rationale for the acquisition
of new facility projects
- Guide and
assist other departments in preparation of project-related budgets.
- Develop design
concepts for Facilities projects and work with Architects/Consultants to
prepare final designs.
- Supervise
implementation of major Facilities, EHS & Maintenance projects
companywide.
- Develop, deploy
and coordinate execution of effective facilities and plant equipment

Dealer footprint network by appointing new dealers.
- Overseeing
