Export Sales Manager
 
Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Distribution, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Exploit Isuzu EA potential in the export markets through monitoring economic and market trends and developing initiatives to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
  • Develop, in conjunction with the Dealer, Annual Dealer Business Plans to achieve Sales and Parts objectives for the year.
  • Develop a Dealer monthly Sales plan supporting the achievement of Vehicle Sales and Parts targets.
  • Track Dealer Vehicle & Parts sales performance and ensure that the Dealer has the required sales plans to achieve set targets.
  • Provide assistance to Dealer Principals with regard to individual Dealership operations.
  • Ensure there is sufficient inventory and model mix by Dealer to support achievement of the Sales targets.
  • Provide assistance to Dealer Principals with regard to individual Dealership operations.
  • Ensure there is sufficient inventory and model mix by Dealer to support achievement of the Sales targets.
  • Provide the Technical Training requirements of the Dealers and ensure that the required Technical Competency is available at the individual Dealerships.
  • Ensure that the Dealer Principals have an ongoing working knowledge of Isuzu EA Sales, Service and Parts policies.
  • Support rollout of Isuzu EA customer service processes and standards in Dealer operations.Manage the Isuzu EA and Dealer warranty interface.
  • Compliance with EAC, COMESA and SADC rules and policies with a view of enhancing business between Isuzu EA and Export markets.
  • Leverage all Isuzu EA’s resources to improve Dealer Financial performance, Sales and Parts performance and enhance Dealer Customer Service.

  • A Bachelor’s degree.

Facilities, EHS & Maintenance Manager
 

Reporting to the General Manager - Manufacturing, Maintenance & Facilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Develop annual business plan objectives for the section and deploy them appropriately.
  • Develop Capital Expenditure Budgets and appropriation (AR) rationale for the acquisition of new facility projects
  • Guide and assist other departments in preparation of project-related budgets.
  • Develop design concepts for Facilities projects and work with Architects/Consultants to prepare final designs.
  • Supervise implementation of major Facilities, EHS & Maintenance projects companywide.
  • Develop, deploy and coordinate execution of effective facilities and plant equipment maintenance programs
  • Drive a proactive Safety culture company-wide.
  • Enhance Environmental Performance and ensure Environmental Regulatory and Corporate Requirements compliance in the entire company
  • Champion Energy Efficiency and other cost reduction programs.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Effective management of workshop resources.
  • Plan daily activities and provide advisory services to the workshop team.
  • Lead the team in conducting repairs and management of workshop efficiency.
  • Service Workshop revenue.
  • Staff Training.
  • Environment, Health and Safety in the workshop.
  • Preparation of Management reports.

Parts Field Sales Executive
 

Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Aftersales service delivery and business development coordination in the assigned region.
  • Support Dealers in business planning.
  • Work with Dealers and Parts outlets to ensure parts availability.
  • Participate ¡n marketing activities organized by Dealers in the assigned region.
  • Measure and communicate business results to Dealers to ensure Parts sales targets are met.
  • Prepare and present management reports to the Aftersales management team on Dealer performance.

requirements:
  • BSc. in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.

Senior Management Accountant
 

Reporting to the Financial Planning, Analysis & Customs Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Reporting and Operations Analysis:
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with the monthly forecasting cycle.
  • Timely preparation and submission of accurate management review reports.
  • Perform and issue variance analysis reports.
  • Plant productivity analysis.
  • Prepare and submit manufacturing cost and sufficiency plan reports.
  • Strategic Business Unit (S BU) analysis.
  • Forecasting and analysis of operating expenses monthly.
  • Publish monthly performance updates.
  • Coordinate the Budget Review Committee (BRC) in the preparation and submission of operational budgets for each department.

Reporting to the General Manager, Product Planning, Engineering & Bodybuilding, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Facilitate the interaction between Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing & Supply chain departments and suppliers in terms of local content development and the applicable general procedures.
  • Provide input into all new business sourcing decisions affecting suppliers.
  • Measure, report and correct supplier quality performance.
  • Develop and confirm supplier capability by means of applying acceptable tools.
  • Ensure that corrective and preventive action reports, lodged with suppliers, are effectively addressed.

Environment, Health and Safety Manager 

Reporting to the General Manager - Manufacturing, Maintenance & Facilities, the successful
candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Supervision of the Environment, Safety & Industrial Hygiene function.
  • Maintain procedures and records for the Environment management systems (EMS) and the Health & Safety system.
  • Plan, schedule and monitor performance of internal and external audits for the EMS and Safety system.
  • Reporting and maintaining records of internal and external surveillance audits.
  • Drive compliance with safety procedures and safety requirements through observations, compliance audits, coordination of reviews, safety programs, feedback and follow-ups of corrective action
  • Drive awareness of Environment, Health & Safety best practises in the organization.
  • Coordinate safety and environment incident reporting and follow up on closure of all corrective Actions.

Facilities and Projects Supervisor
 

Reporting to the Facilities, EHS and Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Develop, implement and lead Facilities business plan.
  • Efficient and timely execution of services to various departments and contracted providers.
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external laws & regulations.
  • Manage the design and implementation of all facilities engineering works and plant upgrades or modifications to customer requirement and corporate standards.
  • Manage outsourced contracts and resolve supplier problems as required.
  • Plan for Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure uptime of Facilities, equipment and services.
  • Ensure Facilities compliance to Quality Assurance certification standards.
  • Interact with the relevant departments on equipment, systems, and layout for current and future products.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution and resourcing of Capital projects and monitor performance to ensure the achievement of contractual milestones.
  • Drive Energy efficiency cost reduction programs to achieve Energy per unit metrics through best practices.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Establish Quality targets for service operations.
  • Develop service workshop vehicle and parts inspection quality control standards and procedures.
  • Daily deployment of quality control checks to ensure compliance with set quality standards for all workshop jobs.
  • Participate in field and service workshop product technical problems resolution process with Product Engineering.
  • Optimizes all resources within Engineering & Quality control function to maximize support for the service operation team
  • Provide problem solving support to the service operations team and feedback to Product Engineering.
  • Ensure high standards of safe work practices as per company policy and establish guidelines for ergonomics.
  • Supports implementation of Quality Management Systems in service operations processes.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Preparing accurate vehicle repair estimates.
  • Promote Environmental, Health & Safety and workplace organisation to achieve set objectives for the workshop.
  • Coordinate workshop parts and materials requirements.
  • Support front office, provide leadership and support to other technicians in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Allocate duties to technicians, follow up and sign off job cards to ensure quality work is performed and promised time is met.
  • Road testing of vehicles to ensure required repairs are carried out satisfactorily.

  • BSc. in Automotive Engineering.
  • Two years hands on experience in a busy motor vehicle repair workshop.

Channel Development Manager

Reporting to the Director, Aftersales & Channel Development Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Develop a sustainable Dealer network strategy.
  • Ensure corporate identity of Dealer networks by vetting dealer facilities and appointing suppliers.
  • Manage the Dealer footprint network by appointing new dealers.
  • Overseeing Dealer compliance with franchise standards.
  • Manage Dealer performance through recognition & reward programs linked to sales and Net Promoter Score (N PS) targets.
  • Understand and manage Dealer working capital and floorplan requirements.
  • Provide input in the individual Dealer targets to meet annual business plan volumes.
  • Manage and monitor Dealer bulletins and Balanced Scorecard.
  • Provide a market representation study report and Dealer performance report monthly.
