Job Vacancy:Motorbike Sales Representative

Reporting To: 
Area Sales Manager

Purpose of role:Ensure 100% availability and visibility of company brands, Route coverage and penetration across allocated territory.

This role should take pride in the delivery of goods to the customer whilst making the process as simple and flexible as possible.
 

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver products on a regular basis determined by a delivery plan and set route to a specific set of customers within set timeframe
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers
  • Maintain the highest standard of service by maintaining the required supply of stock to ensure a 100% service level through full fixtures with no ‘stock outs’ as per the agreed customer service level package (Including Merchandising Plano-gram / counting stock / replenish / collect Sale or Return products) to the highest standard.
  • Complete all required paperwork for the Business and for the Customer accurately and in full in line with the agreed company standard.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings and product de-lists.
  • Pick orders accurately from the Motorbike against the picking list and ensure they are checked and signed for by each customer.
  • Provide information and feedback to the Area sales Manager, on Customer requirements and competitor activity on your route
Accountable For:
  • The goods loaded in your Motorbike – condition and stock levels
  • Targets of the month (volume, distribution)
  • Cash collection on a daily basis
  • Bad debts
  • The correct use of and maintenance of all company equipments
  • The safe handling and maintenance of the company motorcycle to include all daily checks for oil, water, tyre pressures etc., as well as the cleanliness of the exterior and cab.
  • Completing all of the “end day” tasks as required and any other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Business Related course
  • Minimum of 2 years in Motorbike sales in FMCG
  • Clean Driving License –Class F,G
  • Demonstrable customer service skills/relationship building
  • Experience within a High Street Retailing sales environment

Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Reports To: Senior Finance Business Partner
 
Location: Consumer Division
 

Main Purpose of this Position: Responsible for the management of all the financial and investment functions of the divisions by adhering to the design, implementing, maintaining and updating sound financial systems and procedures which help to safeguard the Companies interests.

Key Deliverables for this Position
  1. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product costing
  2. Reconcile Monthly Product Costing to P&L
  3. Provide business insight through sales and P&L analysis
  4. Analyze internal project investment opportunities and make recommendations to management
Key Responsibilities
  • Executing the departmental strategy through processes and procedures/standard  achieve the institutions objectives
  • Timely and accurate product costing, simulations and analysis for the division to enable correct decision making by management.
  • Creation and adjustment of bill of materials in SAP
  • Monitor Consumptions of Materials and Variances thereof for adjustments to reflect actual usage
  • Collecting and analyzing data on project investments to advice management decisions
  • Period End Closure related to Production
  • Selling Price Calculations
  • CAPEX appraisal for the Division
  • Ensuring reduction in Cost of Production by closely monitoring activity rates, overheads and material consumption.
  • Maintain up to date standard cost in SAP ERP.
  • Benchmarking and implementing best practices in manufacturing & respective areas of work
  • Implementing product quality, customer & Service Excellence  and Change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree - Finance / Accounting
