Chief Operations Officer
1 Position
Reporting
to the Hospital CEO, this position is responsible for providing operational
leadership and planning to meet the hospital’s strategy and objectives.
The Chief Operations Officer
will ensure maximization of operational efficiencies to provide the highest
quality of safe and appropriate patient care.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, with active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; and active application of Information Systems and Health Care Management.
The position demands a
minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital operational management.
Possession of a Master’s in
Business Administration / Masters in Healthcare Management or equivalent will
be a definite advantage.
Chief Quality and Standards
Officer
1 Position
Reporting to the Hospital CEO, this position is responsible for planning, administration, and monitoring of consistent readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.
The Chief Quality Officer
will oversee and coordinate all hospital efforts to monitor and maintain
compliance with all regulatory, government, and COHSASA standards.
Applicants must be in possession of a health related Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, in addition to active knowledge and experience in Quality, standards, Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as Active application of Information Systems and Health Care Management. Possession of a Master’s in Business Administration / Masters in Healthcare Management or equivalent will be a definite advantage.
Nursing Services Manager
1 Position
Reporting to the Chief
Quality and Standards Officer, this position is responsible for providing
leadership to promote and restore patients' health to meet stakeholders
requirements for quality through policy development, developing day-to-day
management and long-term planning for patient care; directing and developing
staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs;
providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and
families.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, while relevant qualifications in
healthcare management will be a definite advantage.
The position demands active
knowledge and experience in developing nursing care plans, Business, Financial,
People and Stakeholder management; as well as Active application of Information
Systems and Health Care Management.
