Project Sales Officer
MRM Athi River is seeking to recruit
a Project Sales Officer. The candidate must have the ability to work
independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate high intergrity and professional ethics and make
decisions on the role in a prudent manner.

Responsibilities
·
Ensure delivery of monthly target.
·
Track enquiries, conversion to orders
and ensure timely billing to the customers.
·
Collect outstanding debt from project
customers in line with the applicable credit terms.
·
Ensure roofing solutions are given to
the customer whenever required and business is generated.
·
Maintain relationship with key
partners like Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors,
·
Contracting community and end-users.
·
Identify the various roofing
requirements of the customers and develop technically correct solutions for
addressing the same.
·
Initiate warranty applications to
project customers and ensure successful completion of the project.
·
Keep track of supplied projects and
obtain testimonials for successfully completed projects.
Qualifications
·
Technical graduate in Engineering/Architectural
Studies.
·
Post graduate diploma in management
will be an added advantage.
·
Computer Literacy
·
3-5 years of general working
experience, 2 years of which should be specific to the position.
·
Being a registered member of a
technical professional body will be an added advantage.
·
