The school is currently registered as a Technical Training Institute under Education Act Cap 211 to offer diploma and certificate courses In Engineering and Business studies in addition to Rail and Marine training.

Responsibilities

·         Shall be responsible for organizing, coordinating and facilitating academic training sessions and overseeing the delivery of courses by teaching staff in the Mechanical Department

·         Shall be responsible for formulation and implementation of the Institute’s finance and accounting policies and procedures for effective system of internal control and prudent financial management in the Institute.

·         Business Development shall be responsible for Research and Development of business opportunities for the Institute including,

·         Formulation of marketing and promotion policies and procedures for the Institute’s academic programmes,

·         Initiating research and overseeing the implementation of commercialization strategies in line with the Institute’s mandate.
