To support the implementation of our business strategy we are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join our Customer Service Team in the position of a Customer Care Representative to be based in Nairobi.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sale order
processing
- Invoicing
- Responding to
customer enquiries and issues
- Preparing
quotations
- Facilitating
order delivery
- Client
communication – both internal and external
- Records and
document management
- Compiling
relevant reports
Academic Qualifications &
Experience
- Graduate with
a relevant degree from a reputable institution
- At least one
year experience in customer service
- Must possess
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conversant
with customer service principles and practices
- Computer
literate
- Prior use of
an ERP system will be an added advantage
