added telecommunication service provider. We are inviting applications from
interested candidates for the above opportunity in our Company in the following
area.
Managing incoming calls from
clients/customers to answer to inquiries and questions, handle complaints,
troubleshoot problems, provide information and maintaining logs in the
database.
Requirements
·
At least a diploma in journalism,
mass media production, IT or business related course, or equivalent
·
Proficient in computer applications
programs
·
Proficient in spoken English and
Kiswahili
·
Strong and sound phone etiquette,
listening and verbal communication skills
·
Familiarity with CRM systems will be
an added advantage
·
Good data entry and typing skills
·
Ability to multi-task, set priorities
and effective time management skills
·
Resilience and capable of working
long hours
