Customer Service Executive Job in Kenya

Vacancy: Customer Service Executive
Pergamon Group Ltd, a fast growing ICT Company which has operations in Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania is seeking recruit a young and energetic persons to fill in the above mentioned position to work in its Kenyan office.
Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years experience in customer service preferably in a call centre.
In addition the candidate should have:
·         Diploma in Business Administration  or any other suitable business field
·         Background in Information Technology
·         Demonstrated ability to manage customer service on social media accounts
·         Self drive and a positive attitude
·         A passion for satisfying and retaining customers
·         A pleasant personality and confidence
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Ability to work independently
·         Excellent computer skills
·         Keen attention to details
