looking to recruit a Program Officer.
Position Summary: This position is a day-to-day hands-on position responsible for
providing administrative and technical support to ensure effective and
efficient operation of the organization.

Proposal Writing

Knowledge of Project funding
procedures and guidelines and apply them in Resource
·
Mobilisation
·
Responsible for overall Project
Implementation
·
Report writing
·
Preparing training materials
·
Responsible for developing the
Curriculum for development and training
·
Liaise directly with partners and
foster mutually beneficial relationships
·
Effective Monitoring & Evaluation
of all project activities to ensure timely progression
·
Coordinate the administering of
scholarships
Qualifications for the Programme Officer Job
·
University Degree
·
Post graduate Certificate in Project
Management.
·
Minimum of 3 years of relevant
operational experience in project management
·
Interest in Health, Wellness and
Business Enterprise
·
Effective analytical, interpretation,
summarizing and data presentation skills
·
Proficiency in computer and standard
software systems, such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and project
scheduling computer applications
·
Excellent communication (both verbal
and written)
Salary scale from Ksh. 30,000 but will be commensurate with
education and experience.
