vacancies in its establishment.
Internal Auditor I
Grade KMC
5
Ref: KMC-SA/1/12/2016
The Internal Auditor will report to
the Chief Internal Auditor
·
Receiving, checking and analyzing
internal controls, operational policies, and procedures
·
Identifying possible risks and making
recommendations
·
Carrying out audit related
investigations
·
Overseeing stock takes and write-offs
as well as conducting checks
·
Monitoring implementation status of
past audit recommendations
Qualifications and Experience
·
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting/Finance
·
Certified Public Accountant part III
(CPA K)
·
Certified information systems auditor
(CISA)/Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
·
Three (3) years’ experience as
Internal Auditor II
·
Attended a supervisory skills course
of not less than two (2) weeks
All applicants should have
certificates of good conduct, compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue
Authority, registered Credit Reference Bureau, Higher Education Loans Board and
the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission.
