We are currently recruiting
on behalf of one of our client for a position of Finance
Manager.
Salary: Kshs 100,000 - Kshs 150,000

Primary Responsibility: The Finance Manager will be expected to provide leadership in
Finance, Accounting formulate and implement sound financial policies that will
ensure the company remains financially viable whilst meeting its strategic
goals.
- Oversee
preparation, revision and implementation of corporate budget;
- Design and
review financial reporting systems and preparation of financial reports.
- Oversee administration
of the finance department.
- Design, review
and implement systems controls for the finance department;
- Design, review
and implement financial policies and manuals.
- Ensure an
efficient cash-flow management system;
- Business
Planning, Modeling & Analysis
- Project Costing
and general ledger Management.
Qualifications:
- CPA – K
Finalist
- Degree in
Finance
- MBA preferred
- 3-4 years’
experience in a management position at a medium sized organization
