Prospect potential new business; cold
call (over the phone and in person) companies and develop client relations to
promote market recognition and escalate staffing sales
·
Identify client needs, develop
innovative strategies and solidify new business; exploring all facets of
capabilities to successfully connect with clients
·
Maximize optimal staffing operations
through accurately and promptly preparing staffing employee paperwork and
client billing
·
Match candidates skills, coordinate
applicant interviews with clients and prep/debrief applicants before/after
interviews
·
Negotiate rates with clients and
facilitate placement of candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent
roles
·
Interview and screen applicants,
check references, facilitate background checks/ drug tests
·
Communicate with clients and build
strong relationships
·
Explore various tools to recruit
quality candidates
·
Quickly and calmly resolve issues as
they arise

Job Requirements
·
2+ years of recruitment and/or
staffing experience is preferred
·
Leadership skills
