  • Complete and mail out regret letters
  • Coordinate candidate interviews
  • Conduct background checks
  • Manage Client Satisfaction
  • Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
  • Properly handle client requests through responsiveness and follow-ups
