Storekeeper
We are looking for an ideal
candidate with strong ethic to act as a new small bar and restaurant manager
that has the capacity of 50 people located along Thika Road
Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- Ensuring safe
custody of the stock received
- Ensure
that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered and in
accordance with the agreed price
- Generation and
verification of stock reports as assigned
- Maintain stock
levels to ensure continuous availability by monitoring re-order levels and
liaising with stores manager
- Checking,
controlling and verifying the inventory records/stock movement records of
all supplies at all times
- Post invoices
into the system and submit monthly reports including all company
assets
- Regularly
liaise with procurement to ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Ensure store
cleanliness at all times
Qualifications
- Diploma in
procurement / Supply chain management
- Minimum one
year experience in as similar job
- Express high
level of integrity and confidentiality
- Demonstrate
good skills in customer service, report writing skills and other means of
communication
- Good knowledge
and awareness of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and beverage
