Job Summary: A manufacturing company in Thika seeks to recruit a mature Administration Assistant to handle administrative duties, P.A and some HR related duties.
 
Job Description
  • HR duties- Checking attendance, disciplinary issues, paying casuals, HR related correspondences and helping in the recruitment process
  •  Producing correspondence and documents using Microsoft applications
  • P.A related duties
  • Creating and maintaining filing system in the company
  • Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing posts
  • Organising and storing paperwork documents and computer-based information
  • Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
  • Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required
  • Arranging in-house and external events
Key Requirements and Skills
  • Diploma in Business Management or HR Management
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Admin Assistant or HR Admin Assistant
  • Flexible, emotionally stable and mature
  • Communication Proficiency
  • Collaboration Skills
  • Customer/Client Focus
