Accountant Job in Kenya

Hotel Accountant
 
Maintenance of accurate Accounting Records in accordance with IFRS and ensuring adherence to set internal controls
 
Preparation of an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
 
Preparation and maintenance of accurate bank reconciliation statements, profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet of the company
 

Maintenance of accurate payroll, suppliers and creditors accounts 


Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected bar, restaurant and room revenue
 
Timely and accurate payment of statutory deductions and tax including VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF and Catering Levy
 
Appointment requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce Accounting or Finance,
  • CPA-K
  • Three years’ experience in a busy Hotel
  • Age 35 and below
