Reporting to: Directors (Account, Strategic, Finance
and Technical Director)
Deputy in case of absence: Account Director will
take on duties

Job Purpose Statement: Developing and growing the Account
Handling/Client Service team through people management, increasing revenue,
productivity and quality of output
Targets and Responsibilities
- Assist with
tactical activities and planning on specific projects in conjunction with
Account Director and Strategic Director
- Responsible for
overseeing preparation of amendment briefs, contact / call reports, status
reports, budget management and any other client administrative support
performed by Account Handling Department in a timely & service
oriented manner
- Manage
estimates/budgets from preparation to client approval with management
guidance and final approval
- Develop
internal briefing documents for specified projects
- Manage
day-to-day project execution through creative, studio and production
- Participate in
the creative development of projects
- Review all
creative/production material at every stage
- Attend all
status meetings and handle some client interaction
- Build
professional relationships with clients
- Monitor
schedules and advise account handling team of any delays or changes
- Assist in
soliciting the client’s perspective on key measures of success
- Proofread
material at all stages of projects
- Find ways to
improve productivity and operations within the department
- Prepare weekly
reports on all activity for the week and the week ahead
- Train new
account handling employees
- Assist in
Develop new opportunities that either generate revenue or grow the client
service team
- Maintain
effective and clear communication channels verbally and in writing
Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 3 years
agency experience
- Proficient in
MS office programs
- Exceptional
planning and organising skills
- Ability to
handle high-volume tasks
- Driven,
energetic, problem solver
- Proven client
service experience
