We are
currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client for a position of Finance Manager.

Primary
Responsibility: The
Finance Manager will be expected to provide leadership in Finance, Accounting
formulate and implement sound financial policies that will ensure the company
remains financially viable whilst meeting its strategic goals.
Key
Responsibilities
- Overall
management of the Finance department as well as interfacing with other
departments.
- Ensuring
proper use of the company financial resources by reviewing, developing and
implementing financial policies and procedures to achieve company
strategic objectives.
- Coordinating
the budgeting and planning process including forecasting.
- Cash
flow planning and management.
- Managing
the taxation affairs of the company.
- Oversee
payments to suppliers, employees and other business parties.
- Preparation
of timely management accounts and financial reports.
- Preparation
of annual financial statements and overseeing external audit process.
- Maintain
financial records in accordance with statutory requirements
- Coach,
supervise, appraise, train and develop staff in the finance department.
- Prepare
financial and management reports to aid management decision making.
- Ensuring
compliance with all financial regulatory and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree
in Finance / Accounting
- CPA
(K) or ACCA Finalist
- 5
years working experience in a senior management position
- 2
year experience as a Finance Manager.
