- Secretarial
/ receptionist / front office Certificate/Diploma would be an advantage
- Not
less 2 years’ experience in a busy similar environment.
- Computer
literate on MS Office packages – (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)

incoming telephone calls for the organisation and forward calls to
appropriate persons or departments as requested
- Give
callers information as required
- Provide
non-technical information, including telephone numbers, extensions, and
locations of individuals within the organisation
- Maintain
records of calls and messages which cannot be delivered at once
- Handle
emergency calls when required
- Observe
and record charges for long-distance or other calls
- Generate
and update a directory for all users within the client’s site
- Receive
Helpdesk calls during peak periods
