On The Job Training will focus on the following:
- Coordination
of pre-production meetings.
- Manpower
recruitment, rationalization and utilization.
- New
style study for machinery requirement before setting.
- Give
style wise operational sequence before setting a line
- Machinery
readiness and availability before start of a new style.
- Methods
standardization for efficient production.
- Hourly
production follow up for the factories productivity.
- Factory’s
overtime planning, rationalization and utilization.
- Continuous
study for further improvement in production.
- Instant
reaction to machinery breakdown retarding production.
- Daily
productivity reports for the production and general manager.
- Thread
consumption calculations.
Requirements: Degree in any
Engineering field from a recognized university, excellent computer skills,
exposure in apparel manufacturing, good communication and analytical skills.
