Assistant for Furniture Manufacturer
Primary
Responsibility: Maintain accounting and HR filling systems, data entry and other
administrative issues
Key
Responsibilities
- Data
entry into accounting system
- Issues
invoices, generate statements and reconciliation
- Follow
up on payment of utilities such as electricity, water, telephones,
security
- Maintain
the account filling systems
- Maintain
HR data and records
- Provide
payroll input such attendance, overtime
- Coordinate
payment of employee statutory dues including, NSSF,NHIF, NITA
- Administrative
issues such a housekeeping, staff attendance records among others
Requirements
- KCSE
level (C+), CPA Part 1,
- Experience
in bookkeeping, accounting systems (QuickBooks) and filling systems
- Good
administrative, organizational, attention to detail, analytical,
prioritization and communication skills
