Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum
of a Bachelors degree;
- Commercial
awareness - Demonstrate business acumen in the current telecommunication
industry (This is a must);
- Ability
to set KPIs for team members;
- Ability
to evaluate shop performance;
- Recognition
and team rewards for junior staff;
- Support
and guidance for shop staff;
- How
to cub absenteeism and staff negative attitude; and
- Team
builder and mobilizer.
