It is
not about selling products, but rather building relationships through providing
working solutions.
The Roles & Responsibilities
- To
source for new guarding and electronic systems clients as per the monthly
targets.
- To
source for extra business from existing clients as per the monthly
targets.
- To
conduct security surveys for new and existing clients and prepare and deliver
to the client the survey reports within the stipulated timeframe.
- To
prepare appropriate quotations and deliver to the clients with stipulated
timeframe.
- To
follow-up on all quotations and given and submit weekly reports.
- Communicate
to concerned departments of confirmed/ongoing jobs within reasonable
timeframe.
- Analyze
business proposal responses and prepare weekly reports.
- Ensure
that service contracts are signed before commencement of the service.
- Collection
of all relevant fees from the client as per the contract terms.
- Attend
to client complains and advice on relevant remedies.
- Carry
out regular visits to clients to monitor Customer Satisfaction.
- Undertake
customer opinion surveys in respect to sales.
- Organize
sales exhibitions and promotions.
Required
qualifications / experience
- Degree
in a customer or business related discipline
- On
Job Experience / trade apprenticeships as value add

The Roles & Responsibilities
1.
Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and
cases of ill health
2.
Undertaking risk assessments and site audits
3.
Conducting mandatory site inspections such as radiation,
electrical, water, sound, air-quality
4.
Ensuring all fire equipment are inspected quarterly and are in
working condition
5.
Ensure all building licences are updated
6.
Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely
7.
Vetting contractors on site and ensuring they sign permits to
work and leave all work on the Securex site in good condition
8.
A contact person for all complaints in regards to the facility
e.g. faulty equipment
9.
Identifying potential hazards
10. Determining
ways of reducing risks
11. Writing
internal health and safety policies/strategies
12. Compiling
statistics
13. Drawing-up
safe operational practices and making necessary changes
14. Writing
reports, bulletins and newsletters
15. Making
presentations to groups of employees/managers
16. Providing
health and safety meetings and training courses for employees
17. Liaising
with relevant authorities
18. Keeping
up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
Required
qualifications / experience

in a public health or environment related discipline

The
Roles & Responsibilities
1.
Work with senior management, appropriate staff and managers on
implementing the organizations’ ICT strategy and annual operational plan, ensuring
synergy with organizational strategy and direction, being the lead on
communicating and implementing both
2.
Lead on developing, communicating and implementing
organizational ICT policies and procedures in accordance with the ICT strategy,
organizational direction, ICT legislation and best practice
3.
Keep abreast of technology trends and discern which offer solid,
appropriate, cost-effective ICT solutions to the organization
4.
Develop department in to a profit centre with a view to generate
revenue from external sources
5.
Ensure the efficient, secure and effective operation and
performance of the organizations’ network in the head office and all clients
where technically possible
6.
Ensure that an adequate plan for disaster recovery and carrying
out back-ups of the organizations’ data is maintained and has been effectively
implemented
7.
Provide MS Office, ERP and other internal IT and external system
support
8.
Provide inductions to all new staff on the computer systems of
the organization relevant to their role, including the use of all relevant
software packages.
9.
Provide inductions to relevant staff as and when new
software/hardware that is introduced
10. Provide
organization-wide ICT systems, tools, training and support, including a
centralized ICT Helpdesk service to all the organizations’ units with adequate
connectivity and ICT back-up on the ground;
11. Write
and maintain guidance notes for users, both in response to requests and in
anticipation of future needs.
12. General
administration and ICT support:
13. Ensure
site documentation for each office is maintained and updated
14. Ensure
a centralised Helpdesk service is provided to all staff members, where
technically possible across various sites
