Finance and Data Controller Job in Nairobi Kenya

Duma Works is recruiting a Finance and Data Controller for our clients, McKinsey Social Initiative.

Generation is a global youth employment programme that helps provide young adults the opportunity to launch successful careers and change their life trajectories – closing the skills gap and easing youth unemployment.

Generation is the first programme of McKinsey Social Initiative (“MSI”), an independent non-profit organization launched by McKinsey & Co. in 2014.

We work with delivery partners to recruit candidates, design, and deliver a 4-12 week “bootcamp” training program focused on technical, behavioural, and foundational skills, and to track the return on investment for both employers and young people.

As we build out this local entity we are looking for an individual to manage financial and management account processes, the collection and analysis of data from students and employers, drive the administrative part of legal processes and manage the internal IT function.
