Sales Representatives
Key
duties and responsibilities
- Selling
and generating demand for ever grow Organic Fertilizer, with a focus on
small and medium-scale farmers growing high-value produce in Kiambu County
- Meeting
and exceeding sales targets
- Meeting
with farmer groups and organizations to market and sell ever grow Organic
Fertilizer
- Designing
and running marketing events targeting small and medium-scale farmers
growing high value produce, e.g., demonstration days
- Building
a pipeline of interested buyers and counselling them on farming practices
- Dynamically
communicating the value of our product, with a focus on return on investment
- Training
customers on correct application rates for various crops
- Structuring
trials on lead farmers’ farms and rigorously following up to track
progress and complete sales
Job
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of agricultural sales experience.
- Proven
track record of achieving and preferably surpassing targets consistently
in previous work experiences
- Should
be willing to work in Makueni or Bungoma
