Customer Support Assistant Job in Kenya

eBiashara Africa is a Supply Chain Collaboration & Finance Solutions Provider connecting Buyers, Sellers, Suppliers, Distributors and Financial Institutions through a secure web-based platform.
 
We are looking for 1 person for the role of Customer Support Assistant to provide support to our customers on a variety of areas. 
 
The ideal person will primarily be providing bespoke 1st and 2nd line support to our customers. 

He or she will also be involved in testing new system releases, training users and preparing user support documentation.

Requirements
  • Possess positive attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues accurately
  • Possess skills in handling telephone calls, email and personnel requests for customer support
  • Able to document, track and monitor customer issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in customer support environment
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify issues for future developments and training
  • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to offer customer support
  • Work under minimal supervision
