We are
looking for 1 person for the role of Customer
Support Assistant to
provide support to our customers on a variety of areas.
The
ideal person will primarily be providing bespoke 1st and 2nd line support to
our customers.
Requirements
- Possess
positive attitude and outstanding communication skills
- Ability
to listen, identify and resolve customer issues accurately
- Possess
skills in handling telephone calls, email and personnel requests for
customer support
- Able
to document, track and monitor customer issues to ensure timely resolution
- Have
knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in customer
support environment
- Gather
feedback from customers to identify issues for future developments and
training
- Ability
to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to offer customer
support
- Work
under minimal supervision
