re-establishing and re-branding the KISM school program to operate as an
Independent institution and wishes to recruit a
School
Administrator
Job
purpose: Serves
as administrator and primary liaison for the school program
Responsibilities
- Liaises
with examining bodies as appropriate
- Coordinates
teaching faculty on planning and delivery of programs, manages the school
calendar, monitors and reports on performance
- Oversees
recruitment, registration, and orientation of students
- Ensures
students comply with institutional requirements, maintains student
records, monitors and reports on performance
- Coordinates
career guidance and support to students
- Facilitates
development of annual work-plans and budgets, monitors and tracks
implementation of work-plans and budgets
- Ensures
compliance with education sector regulations and applicable statutory
requirements
- Communicates
with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates
marketing and promotion of programs
- Performs
other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors
degree in Business Administration / Management / Education
- Relevant
professional certification
- 5
years experience in administration, education, project or program
coordination, institutional management
- Demonstrated
ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of
internal and external customers in a professional manner
- Strong
problem-solving skills
- Practical
knowledge of document, data management and presentation software
- Planning
and organizing skills
- Ability
to work with and lead teams
