This
position reports to the Accounting Manager. The incumbent will be responsible
for the administration of all the Accounting and HR activities on the project
site.

Accounting
- Deployment
of cost control measures on site
- Follow
up on purchases on site in accordance to set out procurement procedures
- Accounting
reconciliation for LPOs and invoices
- Handle
petty cash
- Daily
and monthly reporting on activities on site
HR
- Manage
employee files on site
- Enforce
HR procedures on site
- Manage
time sheets for staff on site and forward the same to head office for
salary processing
- Follow
up on sub-contractors activity progress
Person Profile
- Degree
in Accounting/Finance
- At
least CPA II qualification
- 3-5
years relevant work experience
- Ability
to work in a diverse environment under minimum supervision
- A
proactive problem solver
Bid / Tender Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the project managers during the preparation of a bid (price studies and / or technical education) methodically.
This
position is also responsible for all support functions as required by the tendering
department of the company

- Bidding
and prequalification
- Read
and understand bid documents
- Create
the table of contents
- Prepare
the tender documents
- Make
contact and collaborate with various entities to obtain administrative
documents (balance sheets, certificates, credentials, bank statements,
Kbis ...) necessary
- Contact
and collaborate with other stakeholders of the case to collect the
documents needed for the offer (subcontractor, co-contractor, agency,
suppliers ...)
- Make
copies of the dossier (tender submission ...)
- Finalize
folder for shipment
Person Profile
- Diploma/degree
in business administration
- 3
– 5 years relevant work experience
- Experience
working with bids/tenders A MUST
- Attention
to detail, organized rigorous, precise
- Proactive
and a problem solver
- Adaptive
to cultural differences
- Ability
to manage stress, work independently with little supervision
