Procurement Assistant
 
Our client, a Marketing Solutions Company, is looking to fill the above position within its company.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Source for quotations from various suppliers for all purchases.
  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services as per company policy.
  • Assist in the preparation of Requests for Quotation, Invitations to Bid, and Requests for Proposal etc.
  • Safeguard the integrity of procurement documents, upholding confidentiality and privacy in the course of duty.
  • Prepare monthly reports on purchases, expenditure and orders / activities.
  • Assist in maintaining purchasing documentation such as purchase orders, quotations, contracts, tenders and internal purchase requisitions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on procurement activities.
  • Maintain good relationships with all suppliers.
  • Make regular follow up on orders and delivery documents.
  • Supervision of delivery of goods.
  • Provide procurement information as may be required.
Eligibility:
  • Diploma / University degree in Purchasing & Supplies.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in similar role.
  • Excellent negotiator with high professional and ethical standards.
